Eddy of Forestville, father of Thelma George of Mill Valley, was held today at Green Valley Cemetery, Graton. Eddy, 74, died Monday at a Santa Rosa hospital after collapsing at his home. He was a native of Michigan and had lived in Sonoma County for 10 years. Eddy was a retired dispatcher for the Shell Oil Co. He served in the Marine Corps during World War II. He is also survived by his wife, John M. Eddy; three other daughters, Fairy Mae Taylor of Healdsburg, June Guengerich of Downey and Linda Tazer of Cudahy, San Diego County; three brothers, 12 grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
